    i. Place 3 balls on each side of the physical balance, remaining 2 outside. If both sides are equal, then less weight ball must be one of th remainings. So we could check 1 ball on each side and could find out which one has less weight.
ii. Place 3 balls on each side of the physical balance, remaining 2 outside. If one side has less weight means, then out of that 3 balls one will be less weight. In that three place 1 ball each side of the physical balance and leave the last one outside. If both sides are equal then the one left which is outside is less weighted. If any one of the side is less then it contains the less weight.

    Q.1. Answer.

1st condition.- In first condition we are taking off two balls of same color and adding blue ball, so continuously we are removing balls and adding blue ball so after number of some removing count we will have 0 red balls and we will left with blue balls only. And even we are not adding red balls only re balls get added.

2nd condition.- In this condition we are removing one blue and one red ball and then adding one red ball. So continuously we are taking off blue balls and red balls but we are only picking blue ball it is obvious because we are adding the red ball at the same time so red balls are not decreasing in numbers they are remain same. So in this condition we have red balls left till last in the bag.
